A High-profile Family based in Mascate in Sultanate of Oman seeks an experienced/qualified holistic/nutrition private chef cook who is expert in nutrition, clean cooking with solid background on different tasty International dishes.
Chef will be required to prepare individualized meals for family members (8-10 members) according to their preferences / health goals / food allergies / dietary restrictions. Should be able to eliminate inflammatory foods such as gluten or dairy.
Chef will be responsible for cooking breakfast, lunch and dinner for a family of 8-10 members, 6 days a week on shifts including weekends.
The Chef must also have experience pastry and bakery. Will be responsible to practice highest level of hygiene level in cooking and also at personal level.

Vacancy duties and responsibilities
- Prepare and develop exciting, well balanced, different menus. Accreditation in nutrition, holistic cuisine, dietary requirements.
- Preparing meal according to macros requirements (must able to count macros) of individual member in the family.
- Conferring with clients to determine their meal preferences, specifications, food allergies, and dietary restrictions.
- Baking fresh breads.
- The Chef will also responsible for preparing meals for events that are hosted in sponsor’s homes, such as dinner parties or special events.
- Cleaning and sanitizing work areas before and after meal preparation.
Profil requirement
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree of Diploma in Culinary Arts is preferred.
- HACCP food practices must.
- Proven culinary experience.
- Should have experience working with a wellness center.
- Sound knowledge of different cuisines as well as food health and safety regulations
- A strong understanding of nutrition.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- Fluent English and speaking Arabic is a plus.
