Full Time Estate Manager Job Offer and Vacancy in Val di Pesa, Italy
We are looking for a bilingual Italian/English experienced Estate Manager (M/F) who will be responsible for managing the private property within an Estate that also produces agricultural products in the Tuscan region, located in the beautiful scenery of San Casciano in Val di Pesa and 30 min drive from Florence, Italy.

Vacancy duties and responsibilities
- Manage property and staff on a daily basis representing the owner in this process
- Manage 2 flats in Florence
- Oversee all maintenance and repairs to the estate grounds and buildings, manage house staff, gardeners and groundskeepers, and coordinate events and functions.
- Responsible for managing estates' budgets
- Ensuring that house is maintained and all practical equipment is running smoothly
- Managing utilities, creating estate manuals and ensuring principal receives competitive quotes on any repairs
- Managing principal’s multiple properties, travelling to each one to maintain oversight and contact with sites and teams
- Acting as first point of contact for staff and contractors
- Acting as first point of contact in case of emergency (i.e alarm going off, pool leaking)
- Manage the process of property renovation and minimize number of emergency situations
- Managing all administrative tasks like submitting insurance claims
- Undertake prevention checks on infrastructure
- Execute inventory of properties
- Execute the projects with designs, budgets, and schedules.
- Write and maintain the household checklists
- Welcome and accommodate guests
- Organize small events at the place and coordinate vendors
- Perform regular site visits, arrange and monitor all on-going maintenance/construction projects performed by external contractors;
- Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards
- Collaborate and negotiate with external parties such as suppliers, event/conference planners etc…
- Support property owners in their life at the estate
Profile requirement
- Prior important experience in Italy
- Minimum 5 years in Property management
- Experience in events-management and hotel business
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities
- Excellent negotiating skills and cost analysis for purchasing or work offers
- Being ready for the private requests of the owner 24/7
- Great decision making and problems solving skills
- High level of responsibility and initiative
- Solid customer and interpersonal service
- Strong work ethic & personal integrity
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as a team member
- Negotiation and conflict-management skills
- Stress-resistant, time-management, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient computer skills, ability to quick response to emails and requests in messengers
- Driving licence required
- Hard-working, flexible and can-do attitude
- Fluency in Italian and English
Job Condition
- Position : Estate Manager (M/F)
- Location : Tuscany (Italy)
- Starting date : asap
- Employment contract: Full-time / permanent / live-in (separated accommodation)
- Probation period: To be determined
- Working hours : 6 days/week (during owner's presence) - 5 days/week (when owner is away)
Estate Manager Salary
from 6000 euros/net/month (according profile)
